This multi tool has other modes as well, one of them is called annotations, which will let you add arrows and paint on screen.
if you click it, whatever clip you have selected in your timeline, can be dragged around, scaled and rotated, you can even change the anchor point this way. I'm guessing that this is the title tool that you cant drag around? If so then you actually can, in the edit page, on the bottom left of your preview there is a multi tool button, by default it will be toggled off and set to transform. The way i would handle it is with custom call outs made in fusion, or just editing the premade call out title to fit my needs, as it looks a lot better then just big arrows and bold text, and it looks well animated.īut considering you are new, the easiest way would just to get an image of an arrow with transparent background and use that for all your arrow needs.
